Why doesn't ... ?

Their are several reasons why a computer won't shutdown, if you are using Win98 you may need a program called shutdown supplement. It's a free download from Microsoft.

           It is best to plan your upgrades, you don't   want to upgrade every time you see a cute commercial. You need to upgrade when your computer can't handle your work load.
